CPR Training

The Bellevue Fire Department has been providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) classes to residents since 1973. Having trained citizens is a crucial part of an emergency medical services system. This region tends to have more trained citizens than any other area of the country and that factor helps contribute to many successful resuscitations.

CPR classes follow the American Heart Association's Heartsaver CPR curriculum. The Bellevue Fire Department offers CPR training to individuals, businesses and community groups. Preregistration is required for all classes.
